~~Emperor~~
I, MarcusCrassus am the Emperor of ME clan. As Emperor it is my job to keep order and to act when needed. Like Augustus understood as emperor though, i know i must work with the other clan member. Never will i act, unless needed, without first talking to both the Senate and the people.
~~Senate~~
The Senate is the governing body of ME clan, though I Crassus am still the leader they pass rules and regulations for the clans and control recruitment and the Legions.
~~Praetorian~~
The Praetorian is the Imperial Bodyguards of the Emperor and serve as a Tribune for him. It is their job to protect the Emperor in times of Civil War by fighting along side him.
~~Legatus~~
The Generals are appointed by the Emperor, and they head the three legions of the ME clan. It is their job to help keep order among the members and to lead their men to victory. If an emperor steps down from power it is a Legatus who is chosen to replace him.
~~Tribunes~~
The Tribune is the second in command in the Legion. He stands in for the Legatus he was appointed by when the leader cannot come to the clan meetings and assist keeping order in battle.
~~Legionnaries~~
The makeup of any one of the legions they are the backbone of the clan and can come to the meetings to be heard on matters.
~~Auxilaries~~
In a clan there are some players who do not attend enough or who are reprimaned for doing things against order at any time for violations of rules of the clan a player can be put in as a Aux. This is a unused player who belongs in no legion or a player who will shortly be added to the legions.
Rules
It is expected that all members of the clan to remain loyal. When in battle with a member of higher rank his/her advice should be heeded. The key though is that members should work together. If problems occur they can be brought up with a Legatus, a Triumvir, or Myself.
Meetings
The meetings take place every Saturday at 6pm eastern standard time.
Civil War
Civil wars are how a member challenges the Emperor for leadership of the clan. When a leader is challenged if he loses, the challenger can do one of three things.
a) You can appoint yourself as Emperor
b) You can appoint a different Emperor
c) you can do some govermental reforms, such as creating a Republic or a democracy.
There are some rules in place to the challenging of a leader:
1) You must be a clan member
2) You must have the support of at least one other clan member
3) Before fighting the Emperor you must defeat at least two of the three Legatus, and then must face the Praetorian. In this battle it is a two on two. The Praetorian will face the army along side the Emperor
